Proviron VS Arimidex

I am about to do a D-bol Test E Deca cycle. My cycle itself is all planned and good. My question is this. Which is more effective to use Proviron or Arimidex in preventing Estrogen and allowing more free floating test in your system while cycling. I am going to be on 12 weeks and would like to use it all cycle long. Cost wise the Arimidex is much more affordable however if it is not nearly as effective then I will bite the bullet and buy the Proviron. Thanks for your help. I will be using Exemestan for three weeks after for PCT

You should only use an aromatase inhibitor if absolutely necessary, and in that case use the weakest/smallest amount to get the job done. Reducing estrogen reduces gains. Proviron is good to run with testosterone and dianabol regardless. Start with the Proviron and add the Arimidex only if you are experiencing severe estrogenic side effects (or you know that you are prone).

i second that and the dex should be used in low doses if so and the prov is awesome if u ask me im using it till the end of pct 50mg ed wit femara and caber if needed im running test e at 600mg weekly var and tren e

As far as dosing goes, 25mg/day of Proviron works, people also take 50mg/day. It is usually taken during the cycle, and throughout the PCT (post-cycle therapy). If you are prone to male pattern baldness you might want to get some Nizoral shampoo, and Spironolactone topical cream (available at http://www.minoxidil.com just tell them you are on hormone replacement therapy, i.e. testosterone cypionate).

Arimidex dose can be as low as 0.25mg every 3 days, 0.25mg/day, 0.5mg/day. It takes about a week before full effects are reached (this is true for every aromatase inhibitor).

Compare with Nolvadex (or any other SERM) which provide immediate effects.

Use the smallest possible dose, remember that estrogen plays a role in gaining muscle you don't want to eliminate it completely.

Im assuming that was a typo on the Proviron above. It was my understanding that the dosing is 50mg-150mg. Based on what Im reading I am just gonna stick to the Proviron at 50mg/ed for the entire cycle through PCt. Sound GOOD??

Yep whoops I will fix that, should have been 25mg and 50mg

50mg daily is the minimum for proviron to get any synergistic effects while doing test at the same time. Anything less is a waste. 50 to 100mg of proviron while doing test is the norm.

people do use 25mg a day of proviron.is 50 or 75mg better? sure but you cant say 25mg a day is a waste man

Well I am paranoid now so I am upping the dose to 50mg.

The reason I went with 25mg Proviron is because Proviron is a form of DHT, and is therefore a steroid. I'm already at 1,155mg of 'roids per week (test+deca+dbol) and I wanted to keep the total amount of AAS down.

Just be careful while running the dbol as you still may need an AI during this period of your cycle. If your test/deca doseage is not over the top your unlikely to need an AI while running proviron but still have it on hand for just in case purposes.

Adex is fine. Aromasin is also good.

I was given advice to take aromasin 10mg EOD throughout my 14 wk cycle of 500mg primo EW / 250mg Test E EW / HCG 250iu (2pw) cycle. Would you recommend taking the aromasin like this? Also, will be I need any other AI on hand or will aromasin and the HCG take care of my needs in case

To be honest you may find you can run it even a little lower with that cycle. Certainly no need for anything else. Your covered.

Start it E3D and monitor. Most guys should not have an estrogen issue with your cycle but we are all different and until you know how your going to react to aromatizing gear then best to run an AI and I think E3D is going to be fine for you.
