I currently do

sunday - legs

monday- shoulders

tues - back

wens - off

thurs - chest/abs
fri- off

sat bi/tris


when on cycle is there a better way to train then something like this.

such as diff combos..

I know push pull method...

but this seems to be working for me pretty well.

Im on week 2 of:

250 test sus 1-10
250 decca 1-10

30mg dbol 1-4

so far im up 8lbs from the dbol...

I will always adjust my week if im 2 sore. I never workout sore..i never like to workout if I cant push symetric and hard...such as if my right shoulder( I had my shoulder capsoule lazered together)

will not heal as fast so can be sore longer..

We always have to find what works best for us and yes training around injuries can make it more difficult but there are always things we can do to accommodate this.

Personally I would change your training schedule but if it is working for you then great. I also am not a fan of Deca but I know many do have success with it.
