I am currently 6 weeks on a 13 week cycle of this

primo 400-600 mg per week
test e 500mg per week

Right now I weigh in at about 230-235. I am doing cardio and stomach 3 days a week. Right now my BF couldn't be higher than 16%. What can I do to drop the last 5%

There are a lot of factors to take in to determine whats the best way to go about this. First, knowing EXACTLY what your bf% is would be helpful. Also, knowing your daily nutrient intake as well as exact workout program. To go from 16% to 11% could just take some minor tweaks. However, going from 11% down to 5-7% would take a large amount of effort and discipline

intake no more than 150 clean low gi carbs a day, with only one cheatmeal a week and stay away from too much saturated fat but keep the protein high try shit like that for like 2 months and if your true to it you will be impresed <i used to be a fat ass>
