I just thought I would post this for someone who might be in my shoes, thinking about paying for a membership. I debated it, and then decided. Got a membership and I glad I did.

Definitely worth it. That's all I can say is whatever you pay for a membership is a drop in the bucket compared to all the time, money, and effort you will spend on your own trying to learn, gather, and obtain this kind of information somewhere else. It would take you years to try to get this info, and even then, it would be outdated. Over here, it is all organized, and it is constantly updating.
