ok recently finished 700wk test and 50mg/day dbol (for 5 weeks)... i am 34 6'2" 210 and probably around 11% bf... my strength increased significantly throughout this cycle and i gained about 20lbs... bench went from 275 to 345. my diet was fairly clean. I am now running 50mg winstrol and 75mg sustanon eod for about 4 weeks... what is the best way to change my diet and excercise to maintain the most size and strength but to shed bodyfat and increase definition? or is a change in my cycle in order as well???

I'd take your bodyweight times 15 to come up with a good calorie count. Also keep your protien high of course. Then it is all about finding the best cardio for your body.Whether it be HIT or low intensity.Just watch the mirror and let it guide you and watch the scale and make sure you don't lose to quick.

Cutting is mainly about diet. There are some steroids that will help when your running at a calorie deficit in maintaining muscle but if you eat clean and incorporate some low intensity cardio into your training you should be able to shed BF while holding onto most of your gains. It's inevitable your going to lose some as your no longer on cycle but keep protein levels up and carbs moderate with low fat.
It's mainly diet and 4 weeks of sus is a waste of gear being the long esters are just really starting to get going and dosed low at almost TRT levels imo. PCT get your diet in order. I like to run test through cuts to preserve muscle. I also am a fan of tren because I don't like lifting like a puss either.

Doesn't tren make cardio more difficult? I want to try some trenbolone in my next cutter but not if its going to affect my sprints.

It does for many. I manage to still do some reasonable cardio on Tren.

The combination of tren, t-3 and clen has definitely hurt my cardio endurance, but I still manage to kick out 20 minutes of HIIT post-workout or in am on off days. It ain't easy, and I sweat like I'm in hell, but I am dropping fat FAST.
I still think that diet is the most important and most difficult part of fat loss. If you just cut calories, add cardio, and drop the levels of AAS you are taking, you WILL just become a smaller version of yourself. The timing and type of meals you have (pre/post workout, before bed, upon waking), ratios of protein/fat/carbs, total protein intake and quality, EFA's (omega 3!!), thermogenics, type/quantity of AAS, etc. ALL play a role in the ability to hang on to lean tissue while dieting.
