hey guys so i have been workin out for a couple years and and a very ripped stomach except the bottom right where my belly button is. i do cardio and ab work outs all the time im even on cycle right now but i cant ever cut down that last layer of fat.... help pls.

Getting that last layer of fat off is hands down the hardest part. This is where every detail needs to be taken into acct. You need to cut out all sugar, count carbs, fats, protein, etc...
Cardio needs to be increased (duration and not speed) and perhaps a fat burner needs to be put in place as well

And maybe an exact diet to his weight size and structure, a few compounds added to the mix and some good tricks of the trade.

As i seen to cut the low bottom fat is to do a cardio ab work out high rep an alot of them at a cardio pace that allows you to work it hard and burn it nicely off but like big bench said its all about your diet at this point as well do your cardio fist thing in the morning set the tredmill to the high elev an walk it about 3.5 to 4 for 45 to 60 min thus you will sweat your ass off. I stick to a very low or no carb diet with low to mod fat an high high protein. lots of salad for a few weeks and alot of meet then i cut out all veggies. absolut no sugars at all drink nothing then water, an throw in some other tools an you should have the nice v line in weeks. JUST my 2 Cents
