If you have yet to do so, get yo ass up in the BOARD RULES sticky and read it from top to bottom. Seriously, warm weather is coming so I know this board is starting to get hit up by guys trying to look good in a bathing suit.
The rules keep us all safe, if you don't read them and you choose to disregard them then you put all of our safety in jeopardy. Not Cool :cool:

Lol I already have the kids in the gym asking what they can do to be shredded by spring break, but dont want to change their diets, cut out booze, or workout more... hmm.... fuck off maybe?

Bubba is right all the "rules" are common sense just go by the same protocol you would if you were talking to your buddy's in a public place!
Ex. Yo bro got my DVD's from Netflix yesterday looks like a good movie can't wait to see how the ending is....

Yeah it's that time of year for sure. All of a sudden the gym is swamped with dip shits that completly disregard the importance of training in the winter months. My favorite is "what type of supplements will get me ripped by summer"? "Well what's your diet look like", I say...."What's my diet have to do with supplements and getting cut" is what I hear in return. Case closed!

LMAO.....I see the same thing. Guys asking me what to take that I dont know in the gym all of about 155 lbs!!!!!!!!!. I tell them I eat alot of Green Beans.....and walk off with a smile.....lol
