HCG preparation and use

This is how to properly prepare 5000 ius hcg for a ten week supply.
Hcg is a peptide. THat means it is a large complex molecule, that is held together by verry weak carbon bonds at points throughout its structure, and that means it is sensitive to shock, light , freezing, and heat.
It is therefore imperitive that it is handled delicately throughout the preparation process, as well as after.
Before proceding, pick a clean ,dry, well lit work area, and sterilise as best you can. Also use laboratory gloves.
1) purchase empty 10 ml vial, and 30mls bacwater
2)Crack both single use vials suplied with hcg kit
3)using slin pin, draw up 1 ml suplied bacwater
4) SLOWLY run the 1ml bacwater down the side of the crack-top containing the lypholised hcg powder.
5) allow to mix on its own
6) Add 9 mls bacwater to stoppered empty vial with IM pin "3x3ml's"
7) SLOWLY draw up the 1ml HCG solution
8) Insert loaded slin pin into 10ml vial containing bacwater.
9) Invert 10ml vial enough to submerge needle, and SLOWLY push the plunger.
10) SLOWLY pull plunger back out, and push in again, to "rinse".
11) withdraw slin pin, and discard.
12) Refrigerate finished product.


You now have 10 mls HCG dosed at 500 iu/ml
Assuming you will be using 250iu 2x weekly, thats a 10 week supply.
To use, simply read the sticky titled injection guide. With one big exception. HCG is injected Sub-Cutaneously (below the skin) with an insulin needle(u-100).A u-1oo needle is designed specifically for insulin dosing. But for our purposes,- 1/2 the syringe-the hashmark designated 50 equals 1/2 ml which, assuming you followed the instructions above, equals 250 iu's
Once youv'e SLOWLY (remember, hcg is shock sensitive) drawn up the desired dose. Set the pin down with the needle hanging over the edge of whatever surface you are using. Find a spot on your legs or abdomen you can reach with both hands, and pinch up 1/2 inch of skin. Prepare site with alcohol. We'll use a spot 1 inch to the right of the navel. Assuming you are right handed, pinch the skin with your left hand. Re-swab the raised spot to the right of your fingers. Pick up the pin and stick it in. push the plunger. withdraw and discard. EASY RIGHT?

Thank you for your time in this. After reading your previous post on HCG, I believe it to be a necessity during cycle. I like your idea of 100iu daily to closely match normal LH levels in your blood. My testicles are pretty dang important to me, and I'd like to take good care of them. :D

Yes that's exactly what I do (well almost). I use 500iu twice a week (for 1000iu per week) so I mix an amp with 1ml of bac water and then just preload 10 1/3cc 30ga slin pins to the 10iu mark (1/10cc) for a 500iu shot in each one. I don't see the need to use so much bac water, I'd rather inject less plus I like to use the little 1/3cc pins because you can't even feel em. If you wanted to do 250iu twice a week you could just reconstitute with 2cc's and then still fill your slin pins to the 10iu mark for 250iu shots.

Question for you johnanthonyhome... I've always read that hcg only lasts 4-5 weeks when reconstituted with bac water. That's why I've always shot 1000iu a week instead of 500iu a week because I figured why waste half a 5000iu amp. In this guide you are recommending using one 5000iu amp over a whole 10 week cycle. So I assume it does in fact last longer than 4-5 weeks? I never knew whether it was that the hcg would be less effective after 4-5 weeks or that it would be less sterile after that long. Can you shed some light on this possibly? It might just be one of those things that gets parroted around the forums with no real truth behind it. If I can use one amp for 10 weeks then I just doubled my hcg stash...

well a friend of mine told me to mix the 1 ml of bacwater and the 5000iu and then suck up in an insulin syring 0.1ml and this will be 500iu hows that so simple ha!!

less accurate. And its better to spread out smaller doses. Ask your bud hazcat.

Are you injecting with the needle at a 45 degree angle? hCG does burn when you shoot it. Make sure you allow the alcohol enough time to dry before sticking to reduce the burn some. There's a little sting but I've never bruised that I can remember. If you don't want a bruise apply pressure to the area for about 3 minutes post inject.

sorry i wanted to add something here and i deleted it anyway i was reading a book while i was in the pharmacie today i saw that the hcg come in 3 dosages 5000iu 1500iu and 500iu have anyone seen 500iu in his country

If I can use one amp for 10 weeks then I just doubled my hcg stash..." At least 60 days refrigerated. I use 100iu ed, so 5000 is gone in 50 days 10 weeks is only 70 days. The main thing is to protect it from shock, light, and heat. Then you are gtg.

Well, correct me if im wrong but mix the 1500iu HCG with the 1ml bacwater that comes with, put 5ml of bacwater in an empty vial and after that put in the mixed hcg solution. Youll got 6ml of 250iu/ml

Or maybe just put the mixed hcg with additional 2ml of bacwater, youll got 3ml at 500iu/ml and just shot 0.5ml 2x/week
