View Full Version : Didn't send me a freebie after saying he would? Inventory mishap?
Hey guys, it seemed like tnb had great customer service from reading this section. Anyone else have this happen to them? He said he would include the Freebie alcohol pads in my order and then did not and replied saying he had an inventory mishap causing a loss of 80% of his inventory? I don't really care about the alcohol pads its cheap, it's just that if he had told me he could not put alcohol pads in, instead of saying he could, I would have just used the 15% off coupon for a few more dollars off. Packaging did not look to great, but I guess the needles are in the caps so they won't get bent from being banged around. Other than that, t/a and communication were great.

There was a thread where another member mentioned hearing alot of his product was damaged.
Honestly don't let this put you off from using TNB. You will be doing yourself a HUGE disservice. Im just sorry outta all the times of the year they would have to deal with something like this now.
I honestly can say this is the first reveiw I've ever seen for their subforum where someone wasn't fawning over how utterly amazing they are. Haha. Very sorry it had to be your expereince with them.
Ya I was surprised too after reading all the great things about him here. Its no biggie. He just replied saying he forgot to put the swabs in and then the accident happened. I would just appreciate it if he had told me he was not going to put the swabs in because he confirmed it with me when I asked him about the swabs, then I would have opted for the 15% off code to save a few bucks. He said he can't do anything about it now. I guess I will just pick some up from the pharmacy, he also mentioned he may be shutting down everything, so not sure if I will be able to order again even if I wanted too.

TNB has always been outstanding for me. Even sent me a free bottle of bac water once after I asked if they had it in stock. T/A is unbeatable(literally). Will use them always.

You should have used the 15% off to bagan with concidering swabs cost a dollar at Wal Mart, lol!

I have ALWAYS been know for my customer service and have ALWAYS gone out of my way for MANY years to take care of my customers. I have always received 100% great feedback for my services.You think you would understand my situation with the loss of almost all my inventory and understand I did not intentionally screw you out of $1. You gotta cut him some slack. I thought it was real professional how he responded. I wouldnt have been so nice. All his shit burnt down but still is trying to respond to people and work it out. A lot of stress to deal with and at this time of year. Props to your TNB...Hope everything works out and you get up and running quickly.
