    *EAT EVERY 2.5 - 3.5 HOURS
    *MEASURE FOOD COOKED

    HIGH DAY PROTEIN CARBS FATS
    SUPPS L-Carnitine 1 TBS
    take before eating

    MEAL 1 8 egg whites 40g
    1 cup oats (dry) 54g
    1 tbsp PB or AB 7g


    MEAL 2 6 oz protein 42g
    1 cup carbs 50g
    1/2 - 1 cup veggies
    1 tbsp fats or 1/2 oz nuts 7g

    MEAL 3 7 oz protein 49g
    (PRE 1.5 cups carbs 75g

        Reading through some threads and worming from one section to another I stumbled across this. Curious if you have started and if so how is it going? What is your cycle history like? How tall are you? A decent cut from 205# to 200# doesn't seem like it would require any gear at all, I'll leave the decision to use gear critique out though as it can become very subjective.
