How much cardio do you do?

We are opening our old school gym soon, but only have 2 bikes and two treadmill's. We won't ever have more than 4 at this location but I would like to swap a few pieces for CrossFit type stuff. Wondering what you all do for cardio?

I hate doing cardio but when I do is either HIIT or stairs.

I do 30 mins post work out on the treadmill and usually watch ass eating videos on porn hub to make the time go by faster. If competing I'll do 30 mins cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach in lieu of PWO and depending on how I'm coming in and how close the competition is I might do both.

Pretty much same as US here. IF I’m doing cardio it’ll be 30 min post workout, and when I’m really trying to get lean another 30 fasted first thing in the am. Usually slow/medium pace (about 130bpm) treadmill or if I’m feeling really gangster I’ll get on the stairs.
