I’ve started to really clean up my diet recently. It wasn’t bad at all but I didn’t eat for growth like I should’ve and I now watch my sodium intake. I haven’t been one to be a heavy protein powder drinker either. Maybe once a day at most if at all. I’ve started drinking liquid egg whites and mixing them with my powder and my physique has really started coming around. I only like to buy Optimum Nutrition whey and none of that other fancy stuff either as I’ve seen reports of high metal content in several large name products. Does anyone else do this?
