protein pops

If you are like me and love ice cream this is a recipe you will want to try.
now, just to clarify, I don't eat a lot of ice cream, so I tried this out for an alternative.
this recipe came out to 10g protein at only 90cals apiece.

2c plain Greek yogurt
1c Acai juice
1 serving protein powder
1c almond milk(unsweetened)

Mix all together and freeze in molds.
you can also make without the almond milk, I use it for the calcium content.
I use a 6 count mold and it worked perfectly with a little left over to try right away.
side note:
I used a vanilla protein powder from Protein Factory(breakfast blend) that contains 34 g of protein and is sweetened with stevia. I based the recipe on nutritional info on the containers of everything I used. The Acai, while the main source of the sugar is also high in omega 3-6-9. I purchase both the Acai and the Greek yogurt from Costco (much cheaper that way)
I will be playing with different combinations to see if I can up the protein while keeping the cals down.

Anything with the word "ice cream" gets your attention. Why'd you change your name? At first glance, I thought it said "Boned82".
